‘The third and final installment in three-time Academy Award nominee Christopher Nolan‘s Batman film series continues principal photography, and is headed back to tinseltown. The urban action adventure will be ripping through the streets of Los Angeles soon, and there will be an official open casting call for both union and non-union extras in late July.

The third and final installment in Nolan‘s Batman film series is currently in production and the Pittsburgh casting directors are holding open casting calls for extras, stand-ins, and photo doubles. The Pittsburgh portion of shooting on “The Dark Knight Rises” will take place from July 28, 2011 through August 21, 2011 on a Wednesday through Sunday schedule.
