It’s a Laugh Productions and Oops Doughnuts Productions are now in pre-production on a brand new multi-camera comedy series titled “Liv & Maddie”. The Casting Society of America Artios Award nominated Disney casting directors for the show are hiring actors for recurring, guest starring, and day player roles. The extras will be cast throughout production which begins on April 8, 2013 in Los Angeles. There will be a large number of young actors hired to play high school students, as well as adults to play teachers and parents. The show is set for a Fall, 2013 premiere on Disney Channel.

It’s a Laugh Productions and Michael Jacobs Productions are getting ready to begin shooting the new multi-camera Disney Channel series sequel “Girl Meets World”. The show will continue where the ABC television sitcom “Boy Meets World” left off back in 2000, however the story jumps ahead to the present. That series ran successfully for seven years beginning in 1993. The Casting Society of America ARTIOS Award winning Disney casting director for the show is auditioning talent for several remaining starring roles, and will also be casting guest starring and day player roles. The extras will be cast throughout production, which officially begins shooting on March 5, 2013.

On October 2, 2012 “A.N.T. Farm” was officially renewed for a third season by Disney Channel. Walt Disney Television in association with It’s A Laugh Productions are in production and shooting is underway at Hollywood Center Studios in Los Angeles, CA. The show’s award winning Disney casting directors are auditioning actors for strong recurring and guest starring roles, as well as smaller speaking roles known as day-players. The extras casting company is hiring background talent throughout the season, which is scheduled to premiere in June, 2013 on Disney Channel.

Bandwagon Entertainment has been given a series pilot order by Disney Channel for a new sitcom titled “I Didn’t Do it”. Auditions are underway for the series regulars and possible recurring roles. Extras and stand-ins will be hired starting early January, 2013 when shooting begins in Los Angeles. There are many roles for actors to play high school students, especially needed will be extras who are 18 and over who can play younger. The 1/2 hour show centers around a pair of fourteen year old fraternal twins and their dubious tales, with stories told in reverse menology.

Blazing Elm Entertainment and Prodco in association with Nuyorican Productions are nearing the start of shooting on the ABC Family drama series pilot “The Fosters”. Auditions are taking place in Los Angeles and New York for series regulars, guest starring, possible recurring, and day player roles. All of the show’s extras will be cast in Los Angeles throughout the shoot, beginning in late October, 2012. Especially needed will be talent who are 18 years of age and above, or legally emancipated, who can portray high school students. The production office is located at Sunset Gower Studios in Hollywood, CA.

Blondie Girl Productions in association with Hollywood Farms is in pre-production on a new Disney Channel Original Movie titled “Cloud 9″. Casting directors are conducting a talent search for both Los Angeles area actors, as well as out-of-town actors for major roles in the movie. The project is a snowboarding themed telefilm that will shoot in Utah during Winter, 2013. Roles for both teen males and females are being cast, along with roles for their parents and a rich owner of a snowboarding company and ski resort. All of the extras and stand-ins will be hired in Utah throughout filming.

It’s a Laugh Productions is producing the upcoming hour-long Wizards of Waverly Place special for Disney Channel tentatively titled “The Wizards Special”. Casting for guest stars is underway, and the show’s extras will be cast throughout production beginning October 22, 2012. Shooting will take place in Santa Clarita, CA. Disney Channel stated that after the huge ratings of the “Wizards” finale on January 6, 2012, it became obvious that fans of the show were not ready to say farewell to Selena or the rest of the cast. Therefore the cast has agreed to reunite to bring their fans one last grand adventure!

Auditions are underway for a brand new Disney Channel series pilot titled “Kirby Gates”. The single camera comedy will combine live-action and animation. Kids and teens from 12 – 17 years of age are being cast as series regulars, as well as adults for possible recurring roles should the series be picked up. Many kids and teens will also be hired as extras to play students and other roles. People of any ethnicity can submit, or register for extra work. The show is under SAG-AFTRA with AFTRA contract terms. Shooting will begin in November, 2012.

The hit Disney XD multi-camera sci-fi comedy series “Lab Rats” is now in production on it’s second season, and auditions are underway for guest starring, recurring, and day player roles. Extras are also being cast throughout the season, which should continue shooting into February, 2013. “Lab Rats” premiered on February 27, 2012 and easily became the network’s number one original series launch ever. Disney announced on May 18, 2012 that the series was renewed for a second season. One of the current roles being cast in a teen boy who is a possible boyfriend for Bree.
