It’s a Laugh Productions and Oops Doughnuts Productions are now in pre-production on a brand new multi-camera comedy series titled “Liv & Maddie”. The Casting Society of America Artios Award nominated Disney casting directors for the show are hiring actors for recurring, guest starring, and day player roles. The extras will be cast throughout production which begins on April 8, 2013 in Los Angeles. There will be a large number of young actors hired to play high school students, as well as adults to play teachers and parents. The show is set for a Fall, 2013 premiere on Disney Channel.

It’s A Laugh Productions and Poor Soul Productions are casting new recurring roles for the third season of the hit Disney XD live-action multi-camera comedy “Kickin’ It“. Taping on the show will resume in January, 2013 in Los Angeles. In addition to the recurring roles, the Disney casting directors will be casting guest starring and day player roles throughout the season which will continue taping through Spring, 2013. The extras will also be cast on an ongoing basis throughout the season. “Kickin’ It” was given a third season order by Disney on on November 5, 2012.

It’s A Laugh Productions is in pre-production on the new 1/2 hour sitcom “Mighty Med” for Disney XD, and the Disney casting director is auditioning actors for the show’s starring and co-starring roles, as well as possible recurring roles. Central Casting is handling the hiring of the show’s stand-ins and extras. Shooting will take place in Los Angeles, CA beginning in February 2013. The starring roles include two boys and one girl who can play 15 years of age. They are also accepting submissions from actors of any ethnicity.
Disney Channel casting new exciting sequel series ‘Girl Meets World’

It’s a Laugh Productions has begun casting female teen series regulars for the new multi-camera Disney Channel series sequel “Girl Meets World”. The show will continue where the ABC television sitcom “Boy Meets World” left off back in 2000, however the story jumps ahead to the present. That series ran successfully for seven years beginning in 1993. Auditions are taking place in Los Angeles and will continue through February, 2013 when shooting begins. The extras and stand-ins will be cast closer to the start of shooting in late January/February.

Prodco is in pre-production on a new comedy series pilot for ABC Family called “Phys Ed“, and auditions are taking place for series regulars, guest stars, and day players. Extras will be cast throughout production which begins in November, 2012. Roles for teachers, parents, and students are being cast in Los Angeles, with some additional casting done in New York. Especially needed are people 18 and older who can play high school age to work as extras on the show. Shooting will take place in Los Angeles.

Extras are being hired throughout the season. “Shake It Up!” is ranked as the number one series among Tweens 9-14 and Kids 2-11. The multi-camera sitcom follows the adventures of Cece Jones (Bella Thorne) and Rocky Blue (Zendaya) as they star as background dancers on a local show, Shake It Up Chicago. Cece and Rocky deal with their circumstances, by adapting and maintaining their social status at school.

The series will showcase the bits and pieces of a family’s funniest moments using quick, dynamic storylines that unfold through a series of short comedic vignettes.
