It’s a Laugh Productions has begun casting female teen series regulars for the new multi-camera Disney Channel series sequel “Girl Meets World”. The show will continue where the ABC television sitcomBoy Meets World” left off back in 2000, however the story jumps ahead to the present. That series ran successfully for seven years beginning in 1993. Auditions are taking place in Los Angeles and will continue through February, 2013 when shooting begins. The extras and stand-ins will be cast closer to the start of shooting in late January/February.

The hit multi-camera 1/2 Hour Disney Channel sitcom “Austin & Ally” is back for it’s second season and the casting directors are holding auditions for co-starring, guest-starring and day player roles. In addition, general background performers are being cast throughout the season. “Austin & Ally” officially premiered on December 4, 2011. Casting for the series regulars were conducted during a national Disney Channel talent search around the United States.

It’s a Laugh Productions and Disney Channel are in production on the third season of “Shake It Up!“. The first two seasons consisted of 47 episodes. The show’s casting director is auditioning actors for guest starring and recurring roles. Extras are being hired throughout the season. “Shake It Up!” is ranked as the number one series among Tweens 9-14 and Kids 2-11. The multi-camera sitcom follows the adventures of Cece Jones (Bella Thorne) and Rocky Blue (Zendaya) as they star as background dancers on a local show, Shake It Up Chicago. Cece and Rocky deal with their circumstances, by adapting and maintaining their social status at school.

Auditions for the brand new Disney Channel half-hour comedy sitcom pilot “Fantasma” are now underway for the series regulars. Casting is taking place in Los Angeles, where the show will be videotaped. Both union and non-union extras will be hired when shooting begins in July, 2012. The storyline follows a family that moves into an old house, and they soon discover that there is a perky teenage girl already living there – and she just so happens to be a ghost!

This year, kids once again have the opportunity to compete for the Grand Prize – a performance in an episode of Disney Channel’s top-rated series “Shake It Up.”

It’s a Laugh Productions and Disney Channel are set to begin production on a brand new comedy series called “Dog with a Blog”. Disney Channel, the leading TV network for kids and families, ordered the first season after the pilot episode was shot earlier this year. The casting director is now holding auditions for guest starring, recurring, and day player roles. Extras will be hired beginning on June 13, 2012 when the live-action multicamera series begins shooting at Hollywood Center Studios.
