The MuzArt World Foundation has partnered with the creators of the online drama “Proper Manors” to create a new online show called “Proper Education“. The partnership is intended to bring additional exposure to The MuzArt World Foundation which is focused on ensuring that music and the creative arts are taught in public schools in the United States. An open casting call has been scheduled for middle School and high school students 11-18 years old, females and males, with artistic ability whether it is in the musical, performing arts, singing, dance, band, orchestra, visual arts, photography, filmmaking etc.

Casting directors for the upcoming feature film “Sweet Cheeks” are holding an open casting call seeking children available to work on the film in the Austin, Texas area. They will be casting two boys with great imaginations and natural wit for the lead roles in the movie. The boys should be extroverted kids who are full of ideas, comfortable around new people and environments, and who like hearing, telling, or creating stories. Kids with interesting faces and timeless, non-modern looks similar to those in “The Little Rascals” are especially encouraged to attend the open call or submit by email. No acting experience is necessary, and these are fully paid positions. Shooting will take place in August, 2013.

Blondie Girl Productions in association with Salty Pictures and Hollywood Farms will begin shooting in January, 2013 on a new Disney Channel Original Movie titled “Cloud Nine”. The project is a snowboarding themed telefilm. The local Utah Disney casting directors have scheduled an open casting call for featured and general background performers in Salt Lake City. Snowboarding experience is helpful but not required. All types are needed, and there is no previous experience required to be cast. Filming will continue throughout February, 2013.

Untouchable J Productions and Paramount Pictures are conducting a national talent search for co-starring roles in the upcoming comedy horror feature film “First Glance”. Nine roles are up for grabs with ages from 10 – 20 years old. The film will shoot in Los Angeles and Pittsburgh, PA. The head of casting for Paramount Pictures is looking for new unknown talent to fill the roles, and no experience is required to be considered. In addition, talent does not have to be represented by a talent agent. Filming will take place this Summer, 2012.

FOX hit musical comedy-drama ‘Glee’ casting new regulars for season four

The smash hit musical comedy-drama television series “Glee” is casting new series regulars to make up the new high school glee club for the show’s fourth season. Filming is scheduled to start in late July, however rehearsals will possibly begin in early July. The show’s extras will be cast closer to the start of shooting in July. “Glee” is filmed at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles utilizing a single-camera setup. Season 4 of “Glee” will launch on a new night and time on Thursday September 13, 2012 at 9:00-10:00pm ET/PT.
