Hi’Lawe Productions and Scott Rudin Productions in association with Vinyl Films are set to begin production on the Sony Pictures romance adventure feature film formerly titled “Deep Tiki”. The project is now going by the working titles of “Untitled Cameron Crowe Project” or “Untitled Hawaii”. In addition to the principal actor casting taking place in Los Angeles, an open casting call has been scheduled in Honolulu, Hawaii for people interested in working as fully paid extras and possibly featured background actors.
Marvel Studios and Arad Productions in association with Columbia Pictures are shooting the sequel to “The Amazing Spider Man” in upstate New York from April 30, 2013 through May 9, 2013. The extras casting director is seeking adult extras 18-80 years of age, as well as people who have vehicles that they would like to use in the film. These are fully paid positions and extras who appear in scenes with their vehicles receive additional compensation. Action sequences that include car chases and other special effects will be filmed in Rochester, NY during this period.
Sony Pictures Television and Pariah Entertainment Group are set to begin production on the new television series pilot “Zombieland” in Atlanta, Georgia. The extras casting director is holding an open casting call for local people 18 years of age and older to work as general and possible featured background performers on the film. Shooting begins on February 25, 2013. The series is a continuation of the 2009 American zombie comedy film of the same name starring Woody Harrelson, Emma Stone, Jesse Eisenberg, and Abigail Breslin. “Zombieland” is also accepting resumes from experienced production staff and television crew members.

The casting director for “The Amazing Spider-Man: London Calling” is auditioning actors for starring and co-starring roles. Stand-ins for the film’s actors will be hired closer to the start of filming, as well as extras being cast throughout the shoot in New York and Los Angeles. “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” is scheduled for release on May 2, 2014.

“The Amazing Spider-Man,” now in the New York phase of production, is seeking SAG members to work as stand-ins for the film’s starring actors. “The Amazing Spider-Man” is being shot entirely in 3D. The film stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Embeth Davidtz, Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Irrfan Khan, Martin Sheen, and Sally Field.
The main players for the upcoming production of “Spider-Man” are coming together for director Marc Webb, however countless supporting and day player roles have yet to be cast, not to mention the hordes of extras, stand-ins, and photo doubles.
